uuko Terms and Conditions

1.1 Definitions

The following terms used in these Terms carry the meanings set out below:

• "uuko" or "Platform" — the uuko website (uuko.cam) and all services, products and content under it.
• "User" or "You" — any person who opens an account on the uuko platform or uses its services.
• "Account" — the personal user profile registered on the platform.
• "Bet" — participation in any game or event involving a risk of money.
• "Bonus" — any promotional offer, free bet or additional credit given by uuko.
• "Taka" or "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

1.2 Applicability of Terms

These Terms form your complete agreement with uuko. Any prior verbal or written discussions are replaced by these Terms. uuko reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time and reasonable efforts will be made to notify users of significant changes.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to open an account and use any service on the uuko platform. Accounts belonging to underage persons will be closed immediately and all funds held in such accounts may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account

Each person may operate one account only. Creating more than one account under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified, all related accounts will be closed and bonuses will be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at registration must be completely truthful, accurate and up to date. If false information is provided, uuko reserves the right to cancel the account and withhold funds at any time. A copy of a National ID (NID), birth certificate or passport may be requested for identity verification.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. You are liable for any activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately via live chat.

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Funds can be deposited on the uuko platform using the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. There is no maximum daily deposit limit, however uuko reserves the right to verify transactions of unusual amounts.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Request processing is generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made from verified accounts.
• The withdrawal amount will be sent back via the same method used for the deposit.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To withdraw this bonus, wagering of 25 times the bonus amount must be completed (wagering requirement: 25x). Example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus and a total of ৳30,000 in bets must be placed before withdrawal.

4.2 General Rules for Bonus Use

• Each user may use each promotion once only.
• Bonus funds cannot be converted to cash until the wagering requirement is met.
• The minimum odds or conditions for bets placed with bonus funds are set by uuko — these will be stated on the relevant promotion page.
• uuko reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is identified, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.

4.3 VIP Program

uuko's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier: up to 0.4% at Bronze, up to 0.8% at Silver, up to 1.1% at Gold and up to 1.5% at Platinum. Advancement to a higher tier depends on your activity and performance on the platform.

5.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the uuko platform:

• Playing using bots, automated software or any artificial means.
• Using multiple accounts to circumvent bonus conditions.
• Colluding with other users to engage in fraudulent activity.
• Operating an account with false information or a false identity.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors in the platform.

5.2 Consequences of Violations

If you are found to be involved in any of the prohibited activities above, uuko reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account, forfeit bonuses and related winnings, and take legal action where applicable.

5.3 Technical Errors

If any amount is incorrectly added to an account due to a software or system error, that amount is not the user's own funds. uuko reserves the right to reclaim that amount at any time.

6.1 Data Collection

uuko collects and processes users' personal data solely for the purposes of providing services, verifying identity, completing financial transactions and ensuring security. We keep your data secure using SSL encryption and modern security technology.

6.2 Data Sharing

The applicable law and judicial jurisdiction for the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms will be determined by the uuko authority. Both parties must attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion before formal proceedings.
